Idea Cellular — New prepaid SIM not activated, unable to contact 59059 for last 3 days

Hi Idea, I have bought new idea SIM [protected] on 25 July 2015 and I still haven't gotten a SMS on my alternate number! Please activate this number as quickly as possible this is taking too long. Fix this at the earliest possible chance you have. My alternate number is [protected] Thanks

As of now I bought a new SIM and submitted a completely NEW set of documents and the NEW SIM too didn't get activated.

Yes I submitted every damn form there was to submit.

If you want to make this right you better activate my old SIM or the NEW SIM([protected]) both of which have the right documents submitted.

I don't think I will ever buy an IDEA SIM ever. Seriously, the worst experience I have ever had. Vodafone's service is a gazillion times better than yours!

This is purely a waste of my time and money.
