Idea Cellular — No proper service and wrong bill amount | |||||
I have buy a new sim card for my datacard with 250 RS 1 GB 3G Plan. But i have never get the 3G speed for that and when i ask to the Idea person for resolution thtey says that "We have provided the right setting but why it nit working don't know". Also when i am going to tell them to change my service plan then they says "We can't do it or It's not possible". Now I am fed up with all this and i want to close my connection but Idea Employees available in Idea gallery they are not ready to take my complaint. Kindly suggest what i have to do.
