[Resolved]  Idea Cellular — NON REFUND OF SECURITY DEPOSIT TILL DATE

It is to bring in your knowledge that I(RAMAN KR.GUPTA) has surrendered the two postpaid connenctions of the aforesaid company but I had not got my security deposit money for Rs.1000/=(one thousand), Rs.500/=each paid for connections nos. [protected] & [protected] at the time of taking connection on dated 17/07/2012 vide receipt nos. 113495 & 113496. Also for the above matter I had visited several times to the above companies reg. office located in Varanasi, Sigra, Below SBI BANK, FATHMAN Road, but not got the proper reply and I had also E-mailed to "[protected]@idea.adityabirla.com" on dated 13/09/2014 for the above matter but not received any reply till date, So I, once again request you to kindly acknowledge the aforesaid matter and refund my aforesaid deposit without delaying more.
