[Resolved]  Idea Cellular — NOT Change Idea Postpaid to Prepaid

Dear Sir/Madam, My Name is Ravikant Agarwal from Adilabad District of telangana state. I use postpaid Connection for last four year.My Mobile No. +91 [protected]. I want Connection Prepaid instead of postpaid. I have so many times visited your IDEA Office in adilabad. Your Adilabad Office Name of Srinivasa Cellular, Adilabad. Your Idea office no any responding last 2 months. if any problem postpaid to prepaid Please advise but your adilabad office not responding my work. Do the needful. Thanks & Regards Ravi
