[Resolved] Idea Cellular — Not getting incoming from 5 days

Hi, This is seshu.I am customer of idea since 10 yeras.My postpaisd number is [protected].It is Ap circle number.iI shifted to pune recently.So i changed this number to pune circle. The sim activated after verfication.But no incoming calls and messages were coming to my mobile.I complained to customer care.They were not responding properly.Not even one technian not contacted me to my alternate number that i had gven. Think once how we can manage mobile with out incoming.Iam facing this problem since 5 days, So i decided to say good bye to Idea after long journey.My sugestion is please improve your service.Surely it is worst service i never faced.My alternate number is [protected]. Nov 12, 2015 Complaint marked as Resolved This is seshu.I am customer of idea since 10 yeras.My postpaid number is 9848986844.It is Andhra Pradesh circle number recently shifted to pune.So i changed this number to pune circle. New sim taken from your agent Pandurang in Accenture Pvt Ltd(PDC3).The sim activated after verfication.But no incoming calls and messages on the day of activating. Think once how we can manage mobile without incoming.I am facing this problem since 5 days. So I decided to say good bye to Idea after long journey. Please Activate my mobile for incoming then I can port to other network. Surely it is worst service I never faced. My alternate number is 9146772634 Now its working Idea Cellular customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

Actually I ported my number from AP(IDEA) to MAHARASHTRA(IDEA) (MNP), there my problem started.After Verification new sim given by Maharashtra idea get activated.But No incoming Calls from time of activation.My idea number i facing problem is [protected].My alternate number is [protected].Please do ASAP.Think once with out incoming how can we manage mobile.I am facing this problem from 6 days.
