Idea Cellular — Not getting talktime balance after online transaction through billdesk | |||||
Respected sir, I did recharge of rs.- 310/- from idea official web site through billdesk link on website. Payment has been done successfully and 310 rs. Debited from my sbi account on 3:30 pm on[protected]Monday). Till today i don't get 310 rs full talk time on my prepaid idea mobile [protected]. As e-mail discussion with billdesk, they replied transaction has been done successfully. But sir i did not get balance. Details of transaction:- To transfer Inb idea idea_recharge payment Id. I am your customer since last 10 years...
I have done recharge on 2 mobile no. with same amount 310/- on (1) My mob. [protected] (Which I didn't get) and (2) Other mob. [protected] (Which I got immediately successfully). I have done both the recharge on same day and same time through net banking.
Please do needful as early as possible..
