i had online recharge on 24.08.2016 amount Rs 200.00 Transaction ID:
GSM[protected] deduct amount from my bank account receipt appear at idea online recharge but not got balance in my Idea Number: [protected]

following is the receipt

above transaction is processed done by myself on online but not got balance since then to till date and time. please resolve my problem
