Dear Sir, Last week I made an Idea cellular online mobile recharge through my internet banking an amount of 150 /- to idea mobile [protected]
.it is deducted from my account unfortunately recharge was not
successful yet. .So kindly let me know your feed back regarding this
issue.

The above complaint is still not resolved. So i request you to give the Idea cellular higher official email IDs for complaining. No response from Customer care and Appellate authority Kerala.

On 21st May i recharged my Mobile [protected] with Rs 100 (Online Recharge through Net banking from Idea website ) but the Balance not credited into my Mobile, Kindly check and credit balance, below is the details of recharge .
