Idea Cellular — Payed Idea bill not updated on account | |||
Paid idea bill on 4th May 2015. Transaction is successful on icici bank side. But payment updation issue is from IDEA portal and they are not accepting or chceking the issue in IDEA portal. I have called customer care multiple times but IDEA customer care employees are not giving proper answers even they don't bothered about customer issues and even they are very rude in talking. If idea is providing this kind of service and then there is no point of continue with IDEA provider. Was this information helpful? | |||
