[Resolved] Idea Cellular — Payment not received | |||
Dear Sir/Mam, I was having a postpaid connection of Idea Cellular. Mob. No. [protected] Praful K.Agrawal In the month of february i got my idea no ported into other service provider. According to company's commitment and policy i was supposed to get my security refund and balance advance payment within 45 days but as on today's date i have not received any amount. Regarding this issue i have visited the concern Idea store several times but did't got any satisfactory answer and even the people sitting there(including the store head/owner) are telling that they cannot do anything about this. Total amount to be refunded is Rs 909.67 Not able to upload last bill because it is .pdf format. Resubmitting the complaint... After posting above complaint i got call from idea customer service([protected]) for 2-3 days continuously. Had last talk on 5th August and the person committed for the cheque delivery by 20th August 2015. But till today's date i have not received the cheque. Was this information helpful? | |||
