Idea Cellular — Postpaid bill - pro data was not informed clearly

I opted my connection few months back. I think approximately 05 July 2015. and my number is +91-[protected]. i started with a plan which was 375pm rental in which i was allowed 2GB of 3g data. till 2 months due to my callings i received bill more than 1200pm in which i got 5GB of 3g Data. so i thought of changing my plan. coincidently, I received a call from costumer care and they suggested me to change my plan due to heavy usage. Then I upgraded my plan. At that time she told me that if you change the plan in middle of month your half bill would be calculated according to the old plan and from the date of change your bill would be according to the new plan. It Was all OK for me.

A month ago my company transferred me to different state. so just like before i called them and downgrade my plan to 275pm in which i was getting 500 Mbs of 3g data to use. They told me that the bill would be calculated according to the pro data. and again they told me about the same condition of bill generation i, e. Half- Half date wise.

According to me the bill should be somewhere around INR1800 to 2000 at Max but now its INR4600. They just calculate INR2500 for the 3g data which i used before downgrading my plan. And when i complained about it they told me ill receive call from bill department. But they gave me continuous 2 missed calls and sent me a message that your details are checked there is no change in the bill. and message followed by the previous one you just interacted with MR. ____. if you are satisfied send message.

Finally i called 198 and asked them about the issue after 15 minutes of conversation the guy repeated the same thing which he told me several time during the conversation. '' Sorry sir i cannot help you, and you need to pay full bill''. I asked him to transfer my call to senior executive and let me discuss the issue. he then told me I am the supervisor and you need to pay the bill else we will deactivate your sim.

This poor service i've never seen before in my life where you leave no choice for a costumer and don't give them a way out.
I am ready to pay the bill generated by my callings but not for the data and the Mbs i've used.

Please suggest me.
