Dear Sir,

I am using Idea Postpaid no [protected] from the last 2 month and from the last two days suddenly they have stopped my incoming and outgoing facility and deactivate the card.

I have incurred huge loss during the last 2 days.Without information how can Idea stopped my services which I am using from last 2 months.

Kindly do the needful.
