[Resolved]  Idea Cellular — Postpaid Plan Changed without intimation.

Dear Sir/Ma'am, My Idea Mobile No. is [protected], I used 1599/- approximate one and half year from Madhya Pradesh Circle, In June 2015 I had shifted my plan to i-plan 999. In August I received bill of 5283.41 which is heavily Charged. When I check my billing Details my Plan Where Shifted to NEW ENTERPRISES 199 NEW plan without any intimation. Even My credit limit Changed without any conformation. I shared concerns with your executives several times but I got same rude response from your executives. When changing the plan and credit limit you never informed.Tricks like these that make customers go away I expect to resolve the issue as amicably and friendly as possible.
