Idea Cellular — Postpaid SIM Not activated even after 4 days. | |||
Hi I am Idea prepaid user from last 5 years. Recently i got call from Idea customer care executive regarding converting prepaid to post paid connection. I transfered my prepaid connection to post paid. But from last 4 days there is no network coverage on either SIM's. if this is the service they will going to provide then there is no need of any connection from them. There are ample of options in the market. I reuest idea authorities, please look into this issue and resolve this on early basis. Please find details for your refrence.
