[Resolved]  Idea Cellular — Postpaid to prepaid Migration not done after taking 4 times Request in From Idea Office C1-[protected]

Hi Sir After making my 4 the request (C1-[protected] ) for post paid to prepaid migration of my number [protected] at least post paid network is gone but in prepaid also network is not there. When i have contacted to post paid customer care the said we have closed this number for always means the have done migration and please contact to idea office. When i have visited to idea office they said they number is yet not migrated to prepaid it is still in post paid. Then i have contacted to prepaid customer care and their supervisor they said there this number is still not prepaid it is still post paid. Now what i do. My Contact number [protected]
