Idea Cellular — Re Billing and Demand of payment by Solicitor

Dear Sir/ Madam, I have paid my due bills and disconnected my phone numbers on 1st December in Jaipur. My Mobile number was [protected], [protected], [protected]. I also have received the emails confirming these numbers are disconnected. But since then today is 3rd time my parents have received the phone calls from their solicitors for the bills again. I live in Australia and don't want to come to resolve this matter, which I already have done. I have all the emails sent by Idea confirming the request of cancellation on 2nd of Dec 2013. I want to solve this problem without taking any legal action against the company. I would like to request to get the result soon as soon possible.
