Idea Cellular — Recharge benefits not received

My Idea pre-paid number is [protected]. I had recharged my account on january 24 2015 with Rs 248 for 1 GB 3G data. I use an Idea Netsetter. 24 hours later the recharge is still not showing in my account and though I have sent a number of emails to Idea customer care there is still no response and I am unable to use the Idea netsetter. the recharge is also not showing in the recharge history when I log in to My account on the Idea web site. My credit card already shows the debit. I need the recharge benefits to be made available immediately
