Idea Cellular — Regarding address change(C1-[protected] and C1-[protected]) on ebill statement

Hello consumer department, I have requested for address change 20-25 days before in near by MY IDEA care service(Dundahera, Gurgaon- 122001 Land Mark: Near Hanuman Mandir) and i have also received 2 mail from idea customer services on 11 july, below is the mail snapshot:- "Dear Customer, your request for Address Change has been registered with us successfully for [protected] .Your Communication Id.C1-[protected] would be actioned within 165 hrs..We thank you for preferring Idea cellular and look forward to servicing you. Please note: This is an auto generated mail, kindly do not reply to this mail." And "Dear Customer, your request for Address Change has been registered with us successfully for [protected] .Your Communication Id.C1-[protected] would be actioned within 165 hrs..We thank you for preferring Idea cellular and look forward to servicing you. Please note: This is an auto generated mail, kindly do not reply to this mail." Address verification is also done approx 15 days before by idea customer service person but till date my request has not been resolved. When calling to customer care they told me your request will be resolved on 30 July but that request has not been closed. Could you please help me for the same. Regards Pawan
