[Resolved] Idea Cellular — Regarding data charges even having free data plan

They have charged me 491 for data use even I had plan upto 10 GB. It was under used, then after they charged me Rs 491. After many follow ups waiver off Rs.375, not fully remains Rs.116. I again fought got refund all. But the same pattern they are started again in this month and says after generating bill for this month they can do any thing. Plz guide how I could take legal action against them. They are cheating. if I would not conscious they charged me the said amount. They must have this kind of practice with other customers. And this time they have charged around Rs1500 for dat usage. Name- Prashant Kr. Purwar Mob.[protected]
