Dear Sir/Madam I have already to tried to bring my problems( please see below) to the company's appellate authority, but no redressal has happened. My post paid t prepaid migration was not processed despite the email I got. No communication from Idea of any type except auto acknowledgement to the complaints to appellete authority ( despite the time period mandated by TRAI .Of 39 days is over) I would like you to please enquire into the matter and ensure justice to me.
