[Resolved] Idea Cellular — Requested for disconnection date card mobile number, not taking request either telephonic or in their idea showroom

Hi,
I have taken my datacard mobile number [protected] from ITL outlet, Hoshiarpur, Punjab. Now, I have no need of it and requested them and requested on [protected] and [protected],[protected], 198 many times. But no body is interested to deactivete this number. A Customer care executive at ITL outlet, Hoshiarpur, Punjab said that this number could not be deactivate before six months.
These days, I am working in Delhi and it is not possible for me to go in Punjab very frequently for requesting and requesting in idea outlet to deactivate this connection.
You are requested to help me to deactivate this connection at the earliest.
