Dear Sir, I am in Banglore. I tried to activate free roaming plan by subscribing *510# which is valid for 1 day. balance deducted from my account but plan not yet activated. When I talked with Mr. Nagabushananam customer care executive from Karnataka, He replied that it is not available in Karnataka. Please clarify and refund back the deducted amount to my account at the earliest.
