Idea Cellular — Same plan got activated twice, charged twice

I am very disappointed with the service that idea give to their customers I posted complaint on 20/07 however I got a call once regarding the the same issue that guy told I'll send this issue to concerned team they'll call you tomorrow...All I got this msg...

they don't understand the importance of the customer. they think whatever wrong thing happens is customers fault. because their service is upto to mark.


I have been charged twice because of IVR issue. no one would want to activate same service twice. I wish I could learn them a lesson. because I know that it was not my fault.
