[Resolved] Idea Cellular — Service deactivation | |
Hi,
I have ported my Tata Docomo number [protected] to idea (which seems a wrong decision now which I can’t correct for few more days ).
The idea sim got activated yesterday, 31-Jul-2014 and was working throughout the day but it got deactivated in night at around 10:00 pm.
I placed a call to idea Maharashtra customer care but got very rude response and call was disconnected without giving any proper information.
I asked the name of the person online but did not get answer instead that person disconnected the call.
If this is the kind of service idea is going to provide then I think moving to idea was a wrong decision.
Looking for any clarifications from Idea appellate authority.

I am still Waiting for response.
Mean while checked with idea store but they don't know exact reason for service deactivation.
Call center gives a excuse of system upgradation.
Moreover all the callcentre executives are more irritated while responding to queries.
Highly disappointed and irritated with idea service.
