I buy sim card on 26 November 2015 from sri sai enterprise in Chennai. i have submitted all documents. Also submitted soft copy of adhar card. But sim is not activated yet. My idea new sim number is [protected]. I have been told that sim will be activated in 24 hours. I don't know what went wrong. That retailer had set up stall for a day in Navalur area. I tried to contact the retailer but he is not responding. Please resolve the issue.
