[Resolved] Idea Cellular — SIM stopped working since last one week

My number is [protected], As per the idea executive call, i ported my number in to IDEA PORT is successfull but after 1 month of working it stopped working without any reason, even i didn't get any call regarding this.
facing a lots of problem due to this,
is this the working criteria of IDEA ????
very disappointed from its service

Updated by krishna gopal Vishwakarma i did not get proper resolution from idea, my number is in-active till now. Airtel is saying Idea will reactivate my number but idea is refusing.
