[Resolved] Idea Cellular — Spam messages from iz - idea | |||||
I was using idea for the last 8 - 10 months and i kept getting repeatedly marketing messages from idea inspite of me being registered in dnd... I called the customer care, went to the store and even sent mails but none of them resolved the issue... O i ported out of idea to airtel, but guess what - i am still getting those marketing messages from iz - idea everyday even now This is total mental torture to customers who are getting spam messages everyday even though they are in dnd...
