[Resolved]  Idea Cellular — Suddenly stopped outgoing calls 2 of our numbers for unknown reason

We have changed our service provider from Airtel to Idea 1 and half months back. We have paid one month bill to Idea also. The numbers are [protected], [protected] (postpaid numbers). But, today Idea blocked outgoing calls for both the numbers which belongs to my wife. Today morning, Idea has sent a message that, we need to pay INR 466 to Airtel to release outgoing calls. Normally, when we move from one service provider to another service provider, rules will allow to change only if we pay pending payments. Then, how come this happen. Kindly help us.

In our telecon, you have not given proper reason for why you have stopped our outgoing service suddenly (within 30 minutes) to both the numbers without giving proper time. And also to which number we need to pay INR 466. Because, we have moved 2 numbers ([protected] and [protected]) from Airtel to Idea. You have also not explained properly why this happened after 1 and half of months from moving Airtel to Idea. Because, only when we pay the pending amount, we can able to move from one service provider to another.
Also would like to know, to which email ID we need to send the payment receipt, if we pay online to Airtel for the pending amount.

Hi,

I have tried to pay the pending payment today, Both Airtel's (Lakshmi Mills and Brooke Fields) branches are not accepting to receive our payment. Lakshmi Mills branch asks to come after 3 days and Brooke Fields branch says network problem and no idea when it will get solve. They are also saying that, we cannot pay via online. I have reported via customer complaint. But, even then there is no result.

Kindly let us know how to solve this.
