[Resolved]  Idea Cellular — threatened on phone by idea officials

My name is dheerendra Mohan Khare, My mb no. [protected]. I have been receiving threaten call from idea officials for payment (i am not well aware) of bill in respect of post paid mb no. [protected] which was in the name of gaurav khare. The idea officials calling from different number just abuse and maltreating me many time and tried to threaten me every time. It is the fact that gaurav khare is my niece. When he was in Delhi we were in touch. But he is not in Delhi any more. Somewhere in Mumbai or Chennai or else (I don't know exact location). There might be some dispute between Gaurav and the company regarding payment of bill at the above mentioned number. I have told the concerned officials of idea that I had already told that I am no more in contact with Gaurav now a days. But every time after, in the gap of week or two I got these terrorized calls. Two numbers which i saved, from where I have receiving theses threaten calls are: 1. [protected]- I have received two threaten calls from this number yoday i.e. 15.12.2014. The man told his name as Naveen Gupta (but the sim is in the name of Ankit, Madhya Pradesh). 2. [protected]- I had received two or more calls from this number a month ago. These are just two of the numbers from which I am receiving threaten calls. I have no option to take necessary action against these numbers. I hope the company would take effective action. I am again stating that I am not in contact with Gaurav Khare. It may please also be ensured that no such calls be made on my number i.e. [protected] from any officials of Idea else I will have to go for other way of grievance portals.ie.
