Please, Note that on 25 july 2015 at 10.58pm, by dialling *121# and after selection self care from it I got information that with recharge of Rs.13 you get 65mb 2G data for 2 days validity. Bcoz of this information I selected this net pack and on 26 july 2015 my balance had deducted.
On 26 july Iafter contact to coustmer care I got information that "they didn't update new recharge plan on system that's why you get wrong information don't wory u will get benefit of this on 28 july 2015 at 3pm. Even today I am getting wrong information from your system and until now my balance is not refund.I have recording all of this communication among me and your executive Either you will take some action.
Otherwise I will take some strict action on you
