[Resolved] Idea Cellular — Unauthorised activation of VAS subscription, unauthorised renewal after deactivation and unsatisfactory reply from CC Executives | |||
Dear Sir/Madam, I am feeling very much sorry that Idea too is making fool of its customers in the name of VAS . My mobile no is [protected].On Sept.4/2016 there was a message on this no that WICRO-FUNZ MIX could not be activated due to insufficient balance. I should let you that I had not activated any such services . On Sept.6/2016 the above mentioned service has been activated at 12:32 pm @Rs.5/1day and speaking to your customer care executive it was deactivated at 10:20 pm. Again on Oct.9/2016 there was a message on this no that it has been requested for ZEEN BOLLYWOOD MASTI at 5:58 pm and immediately it gets activated and Rs.50 is deducted form account . I again spoke to so called customer care executive on Oct.11/2016 at the cost of 50 paise/3 mins and very clearly told him to deactivate it and I have no interest on such VAS any further in future.I got a Request No-1-[protected] that issue has been resolved. Again on Oct.18/2016, there was a message that the subscription ZEEN BOLLYWOOD MASTI will be renewed and on Oct.19/2016 the subscription gets renewed @ Rs.25/ for 5 days. On Oct.20/2016 at 2:30 pm, I spoke to Mr. Nabin (so called customer care executive ) on this matter and then the call got transferred to Ms. Reshma but there was no fruitful solution to my problem. Hope some solutions come out from this forum and IDEA stops using such type of fraud activities. Was this information helpful? | |||
