[Resolved]  Idea Cellular — unbarring of my idea postpaid no.[protected] again and again while i closed it.

i have an idea postpaid no.[protected].which i closed by submitting a request to idea postpaid cellular company z.o haldwani on 12 july 2014 but it open after some time without my request and a mail send to me regarding open of my mo.no.then i call to idea office for close the mobile no.but after some time it have again open.and this process of barring and unbarring happens many times.due to this i have a mental stress so please closed this mobile number permanantlly and please inform me on my BSNL mo.no.
