Idea Cellular — Undue - excessive Bill

I have been served an extraodinarly high amount of bill for 2 of my idea numbers [protected] [protected] Even after choosing a plan which has over 10 K mins for calling and also has 8 GB of 3 g data I have been asked to pay over 10 K as phone bill for these 2 numbers
