Isn't this weird, that you commented "As per your telecon with our customer service associate on 20th April 2016, we wish to affirm that your aforesaid concern has been discussed and addressed."
Did you try only once? You must be knowing that your network is pathetic and you should try multiple times if you really care about customer and want to address the concern.
