[Resolved]  Idea Cellular — Unnecessary deduction

Sir I am an idea customer, on 27th June 2015 i made a call on a toll free number ([protected]), the call lasted for 7.24 min for wich i was charged Rupees 8. I enquired this issue with the customer care, executive were saying that I have dailed two zeros before the tollfree number, but i did not so do that. I have dailed exactly the above said number, I have proof for that screen shot of my call list with this mail. I am afraid to say that the customer care executives were not even considering to register my compalint. I kindly request you to take necessary actions for my complaint.
