[Resolved] Idea Cellular — unsolicited calls from idea cellular, and others | |||
i have prepaid idea connection with no. [protected] avinash chander sehgal jalandhar punjab.i get unsolicited calls numbering 5 to 10 calls daily from idea cellular phone nos.[protected] and similar other nos. starting with 0140...Also when we dial any no. 1st advertisement of idea cellular starts and connection to dialled no. is unsolicitedly delayed. And lastly after every call some adv. appears to subscribe to some bhajans or else at some rate and if by mistake we press ok butten charges ranging from rs 5 to 30 per day/month is charged from prepaid no.I request Idea should stop all these illegal practices.thanks Was this information helpful? | |||

on 28/4/15 representative of idea gave me a call but could not solve all three grievances in my complaint. he was trying to play side track the issues.
