Idea Cellular — Unsolicited deductions | |||
My idea number [protected] . I got message deduction of 99 Rs for Video Subscription Pack on 7-4-2014 at about 5 am. I immediately unsubscribe it and made complaint to customer care but some rude person on call refused to take my complaint and disconnected my call. Now repeated call to customer care failed.. Received another few message of amount deduction for ? reasons including one of 65 Rs. Now no balance in my account I even fear to recharge my mobile...
