[Resolved]  Idea Cellular — Urgent reply please for mobile no [protected]

Respected Sir/Madam I am post-paid user of Idea from Maharastra region. Due to some unavoidable circumstances I failed to pay my postpaid bill. Now I am trying to make the payment by logging into my idea account but it simply rejected. Next as per the message send from [protected]@idea.adityabirla.com dt[protected] I tried to make Express Bill Pay from from Idea website but it is also not axcepting with a message that it is not a valid mobile number. From last 20 days I am trying to make the payment online but it failed. Presently as I am out of Maharastra so I will not be able to make any offline payment hence please let me know how to make my outstanding payment online in a official way. Further please inform me the steps of how to permanently discontinue my idea number. . Once again I am deeply regretted for not making my regular payment. I want to resolve the issue at the earliest as I don’t want my bill to keep increasing. Please provide an official solution for the issue. I have already send a mail to ccare.[protected]@idea.adityabirla.com on Mon, 14 Jul 2014 11:50:14. From my email address [protected]@mainakchatterjee.in but have not received a response from the. Shall wait for a positive response from your side
