I wanted to deactivate my sim card of idea cellular (postpaid card), Number - [protected]. I returned the sim card on 8th July, 2015 to its official branch office. The relationship manager at office told that he will deactivate the card in 3 days. I paid all the due amount as per the bill cycle (bill cycle date is[protected] to[protected]. But till date the card is active and somebody else is using it. When i visited the idea office they said that i have to pay due amount of Rs 300 for 3 days and I even got several e-mails which states that you have recharged certain services like 500 MB data pack, 1 GB night pack, 200 MB Whatsapp pack, etc. From 8th july 2015 i dont have the sim card with me. I submitted it to idea office and his owner admits himself that he has received all the documents including sim card for deactivation. Now why should i have pay the amount of services activated by idea office employees. Idea office employees cheated me by activating certain services and created a fraud. Who is responsible for it.
