Idea Cellular — Why the number [protected], yet not activated??? What are the customer care executives are doing to attend the call from [protected]?

My number[protected] is changed from post paid to pre paid where as it is not activated yet, i am not getting any assistance from the customer executives.. whereas verification call from the same no. [protected] isn't accepting for any enquirer. A call from [protected] is also not receiving since fro 23:30 to 00:00 for asking for assistance.
