[Resolved]  Idea Cellular — Without any alert my no. deactivated

My postpaid connection was deactivated without any alert call message 5 days before of due date.
i was visit idea customer care, yamunanagar(haryana), thy told me that your credit limit is over thats why your postpaid number is deactivated.
but i want to know without any alert how can you deactivate my number. then i was talk to idea head office thy told me that you pay your previous month bill we will activate your number, i pay but even than my number was not activated.
