[Resolved]  Idea Cellular — Without any knowledge discarded my alternate no. Services

Myself Ruby Alvares I reside in indore. My address is 13 EWS Ahilyapuri colony, Residency Area Indore. My issue is I am using one postpaid no. Of idea [protected] from past 7mnths. In month of December I received a bill of 8000/- which was somewhere wrong I requested them to recheck it otherwise I will not pay the bill. They gave me some waivers in month of January as I was in Delhi I told them I will pay once I will reach Indore. I received there calls and I requested them To give me time But on 25th feb' 2015 they discarded services of my alternate no. [protected] That too is of idea.. I mean it's such a pathetic thing how can they discontinue my services of other no. Without any information.. Is there any claws if a customer had not paid Bill of some different no. The company can barred alternate no. And then too it's there fault by sending the wrong Bill.. Kindly look into. Matter Thanks, Ruby Alvares
