[Resolved] Idea Cellular — Worst csr experience | |||||
Hi I am deepak [protected] *worst ever experience*. I got an iplan and i called the csr to confirm about my other plans. He confirmed that their would be no deactivation of any other pack But my other unlimited 2 g got disconnected. I came to know about this when i got a notification message that charges had been applied. I called the csr again, he said again i need to activate 2g plan 199 more Why would i deactivate my internet plan Being a customer from more than 15 years, i have never faced such silly difficulty from your csr end. Now they say for call record i need to wait for next 48 hours.
