This is to bring into your kind attention that i am holding 3 post paid numbers, but in of the three numbers there is an issue of wrong billing which i highlighted to customer care and also my rental plans are increased automatically in all the three number.
When i opted to port out and move to another network regarding my number : [protected], i got a call from retention team and they asked me the reason which i explained and then they offered me a better plan called CHAMP 99 where retention team committed that this plan will be activated in 24-48 Hrs and also committed me a waiver of Rs 300 which again he said will be reflected within 24-48 Hrs.
Also i told him that i have sent port request for another 2 remaining numbers also so he said he will call me again to check and committed me to offer the same waiver and bill plan change thing.
But after passing of 72 Hrs, when i checked from customer care, they said that there is no wavier request of Rs 300 in the system and also the bill plan change request has been declined, when i asked him that i want to talk to retention team they said it is not possible and they spoke to me in a very rude and bad way.
Why retention team is giving fake commitments ??
I need an answer from customer care team.
