Idea Cellular — Wrong Charges Of Net By Idea Cellular | |||
Dear Sir, This is to update you that i am post paid user of idea since 2008-09 my mobile number is [protected], i am using 249 voice date combo plan in this plan i am getting every month 512 MB 2G net free apart from that i was also taken 1GB 3G net plan and i was using it from last couple of month without any problem then i decided to shut 3G plan from my normal bill plan so i visit on idea gallery Ghatkopar (Mumbai) on 13 June paid my bill and also given a request to shut my 3G plan then concerned person replied it will be done within 4 hours, but after 4 hours i found my net service was completely deactivated and i was busy with my work so i wont be able to contact customer care then i visit idea gallery at lower parel (mumbai) on 19 june then concern person name sholem said previous person deactivated ur complete net services dont worry ill activate your net which u was getting free in ur bill plan 512 MB then within half n hour my net service get activated. Now when my mobile bill cm on my mail so i checked and found 594 Rs extra charges for net usage, when i called and confirmed with customer care person they replied u was deactivated ur net services then after 10 days again u was activated the same so it was prorata basis charges now the complaint is when i was not given any instruction to deactivate my complementary benefit of net then how can you charged for the same it a clear common sense who hates complementary benefit and why we deactivate the same. so its my humble request to you pls waived off the same charges. I seriously want to continue with idea services thats why i am using it from last 4 to 5 years and i don't think idea will treat their so much existing customer like this way, Waiting for ur positive reply on it, Was this information helpful? | |||

When your person from idea gallery ghatkopar has accepted the mistake, he told me by mistakenly he deactivated my free benefit of GPRS plan and when i activated again the services because of that your company charged me GPRS charges on prorata basis then why are you denying the same, and your person also promised me for refund thats why he mark a mail for refund from his portal and given me a complaint no (SR# C1-[protected]) on 19 June 2014. and also told me that from your total bill amount of 1040 you don't pay 590 Rs thats a why i paid remaining balance amount of 450 Rs. so i did the same and paid my bill amount on same day at you idea gallery (Ghatkopar). pls look into that on priority basis,
