Idea Cellular — wrong deduction from main acount balance despite having net pack

phone no [protected], karnataka idea I am having net pack, but when i am using net, charges are deducted from main balance rather than net pack.total more than RS 200 has got deducted.i have been complianing in customer care i am getting vague response.Instead of solving my complain, customer care executive are giving non sense response please look into the matter seriously and take appropriate action. thanking you,
