Idea Cellular — Wrong deduction of Rs 350

Sir. I registered my complaint against deduction of rs 200 as a roaming charged and rs 150 as rental charge. Even though i activated roaming pack on my number. Customer care said it has been charged for international call but i didn't made any such call or received.. If my problem not solved i h will change the service.
