[Resolved]  Idea Cellular — Wrong generated bill

Address:Surat, Gujarat, 395004

I have change the plan in mid tum by company provided mobile application, when i have changed plan there is not any t&Q for changing plan, then when i have change plan, they charged me my fee data plan in pro database rate, that mean my bill goes above 6500 rs., that i can afford, when i have changed plan that didn't mention any possibilities about laps of my last benefit which is free data plan
