[Resolved] Idea Cellular — wrong recharge due to incorrect information on sms | |||
1. My idea prepaid no is [protected]. 2. I had done a recharge of RV 58 on 08 apr 2014 on the basis on the information recd by dialing *121*6*2*4# from my idea prepaid no. According to the the msg which I recd after dialing the above code, i was supposed to get std calls @ 35 p/min for 75 days. 3. But instead I got std calls @ 40p/min for 56 days. when I called up the idea customer care and spoke to the supervisior there, he informed me nothing can be done now. When I told him that I am still getting the same scheme msg after dialing the above mentioned code, he said that in his system this scheme is no longer valid. 4. now i have a simple query. whats my fault in all this? i acted upon the information given by a msg service provided by idea cellular for a plan.and I would like to inform you that i am still getting the same scheme by dialing *121*6*2*4# ( std calls @ 35 p/min for 75 days.) 5.
