[Resolved]  Idea Celular Prepaid No — connection disconnected

Sir I am vidya bhushan tiwari my contact no is [protected] .I take this connection before 7 month .but my no disconnect on 15 Feb 15 .I aproch the idea retail office but he do not give any positive response and he say that u do any thing your connection not started sir pls help me
